"Our experience with Jan and Dan began when we had a condo listed, and they were the Agents showing the property. We had an immediate good feeling when meeting Jan and Dan. Once the condo we were selling closed, we sent an email asking if they would be our Agents to find a condo to replace the one we sold. That's how impressed we are with them. We knew exactly what we wanted. Or, so we thought. When they suggested a condo in the southern end of the Grand Strand, we said no. No pressure from them, and we had our bags packed to go back to PA in 24 hours. This was the first time in over 20 years we wouldn't have a beach property, and we were bummed. On Saturday evening, we contacted them and asked if we could see the condos they had in mind in Garden City Beach. In the blink of an eye, the appointments were set up, and we were meeting them at the first condo. To make a long story short, within 36 hours, we were under contract for a condo in a building we never thought we would love, in an area we thought we never wanted to be. They knew what we needed and wanted when we didn't know ourselves. We are not new at this real estate thing, having purchased 35 properties in our 42 years of marriage. The help didn't stop after the papers were signed and recorded. We wanted to donate the contents of the condo to a good cause. They knew exactly who was struggling after the hurricanes. Great, we thought. What we didn't expect was Jan and Dan loading the truck, with the help of their son, who lives 3 hours away. It doesn't matter if this is your first or 50th purchase; this couple is the best. Their knowledge, professionalism, and negotiation skills can't be beat."
